I adore luxury shops and Klaus Haapeniemi is up there as one of my favourites. I have Happeniemi's book, Giants, which is simply beautiful. His illustrations ante exceptional, and I love that I can have them in my home. I own several of his cushions and they are divine - I always get comments on them when I have guests. They are worth every penny, and I feel like they will be in my family for generations as they are such a beauty to behold.

I love design and I am familiar with Klaus Haapaniemi's work through his illustrations in the fashion industry. While visiting London with my parents I was keen to take the time to go East and visit the Haapeniemi showroom in Shoreditch. It's a beautiful designed store, showcasing the best of his designs in textiles like carpets and cushions. I wasn't looking to buy, but it was lovely to see his pieces in the flesh. I find his work very inspiring and I hope to one day own one of his pieces.

Klaus Haapaniemi sells lovely looking products for the home; they are colourful, tasteful and very sophisticated. However, this luxury store has a luxury price tag to match so we didn't indulge in any shopping when we visited. However, my wife and I are keen to return and buy one or two things as they would look lovely in our home. We just need to save up a bit first.

This store just isn't for me at all. It's filled with rugs, cushions and vases and is more like something my grandma would want to buy than I would! My mum loved this shop and thought it was beautiful, but I wasn't interested in it at all.
