This is a very fancy shop, but the staff don't mind if you just want to come in and have a look around and browse the products. Im still in school so I can't afford to get anything here yet, but I've already decided when I leave school and get a job I'll come here with my first pay cheque and get an iPod. I can't wait!

I need a computer and I have heard a lot about Apple so I thought I would take a look inside this shop when I passed it on Regent Street. I was staggered by the price; all the desktops and laptops are very overpriced. I will be getting a windows computer and saving some money!

My friends and I come in here just to have a look around and play around with all the products. Everything is out so that you can pick it up, test it out and check all the features and the staff don' mind at all - in fact they encourage it! It's a lot of fun and I really like coming here.

While in London on a work trip my Macbook stopped working properly, so I brought it to this central London Apple Store to take it to the Genius Bar. The Genius bar is effectively an on-site technical support desk. Unfortunately I was told that there wasn't any availability, to the point that I couldn't even make a reservation. They told me to go to Stratford which is miles away.

Apple products cost a lot of money, so I was very disappointed with this lack of service.

I love my Apple products and I have pretty much the entire kit - iPhone, iPod, Apple Mac, Macbook Air... the only thing I'm missing is an iPad! I finally decided to take the plunge after thinking about getting one for quite a while. I went into this store after a horrible train journey with my two small children and I was feeling hot, frazzled and stressed. Well, the staff member who helped me made me forget all my troubles! She was happy for my bored and frustrated children to play with the iPads and she even suggested some great children apps for the iPad which they might like. I left with my new gadget, feeling very happy and like a new person!
